Also, some chefs from the UK could see your post there and give you a good answer within the context of your location.
Having said that, I think you'd do well to do some searching on this site with our search tool. That could show you discussions from previous years, which could also be helpful. I hope you take some time to explore the whole site (articles, blogs, etc.) and enjoy interacting in the forums.
