Hi all, Eclipse here from Dallas. I'm an 18 year old vegan who is pretty new to cooking, but I love doing it. So I am considering attending culinary school to hopefully become a vegetarian chef.

I need everything I eat to be spicy as it can be! I love the heat. My favorite types of food are Mexican/Tex-mex and various Asian foods, namely Thai and Chinese.
