HI!! I am new to chef talk

hi every one I live in the uk, been catering for 35 years.Hope you all get to know me.Can any tell me if you have a live chat room set up anywhere I would love to real-time talk with people, I am new at chat rooms i am a bit shy,EXCEPT when I have a few beers so if there is no such place lets set up a chefs chat bar.I will get the first round

At this time there is not a live chat room set up for the community,However Nicko who runs this site has mentioned the possibility of setting one up.I am sure that it would be well supported by this great community.
On a side note,We have had a few live chats with professinals in the industry,Anthony Bordan,Micheal Ruhlman and even myself.

So keep checking us out and enjoy.
