Don't be reluctant to jump right in! I'm an enthusiast, rather than a chef, and everyone has made me feel right at home. Great bunch of people, and great teachers, too.

Welcome MikeLM... of course when you're cooking sometimes it's best to be outside the house anyway

New to this forum. I'm retired and an enthusiastic amateur cook. Spending more and more time travelling in an RV with a complete kitchen plus BBQ grill and wok with its own burner, since my wife won't let me generate a lot of smoke inside the RV.
Look forward to learning a lot on this forum.

Mike

Medievel,

Welcome. I am sure many will want some authentic Brazilian recipes. I, in particular, would like some nice Brazilian beef recipes.

Well, I couldn´t figure out what is the chimichuri sauce. What is it made of?.. maybe a portuguese mispelling made all the mess. =)
