Greetings to all !
I am Chef S.T. Vinodkumar from India. I am heading an Institute of Culinary arts in Bangalore,India and also a Culinary Instructor.
I am into active culinary arts training for more than a decade. After my graduation in culianry arts, though i started my career working in hot kitchen, in one of the best hotels in India, i was more fascinated in culinary arts training, which i feel was at a primary undeveloped stage in India, at that moment.
I have been associated with best of the hotel management & culinary arts schools in the country. I do a lot of road shows, exchange programms, demonstrations , workshops, seminars etc., at various institutes across our country, that benefits the aspiring budding chefs.
And recently, i have been to Lisbon, Portugal for the WACS Train the Trainers programm. It was one of my best training exprience where i trained chefs of various level starting from student chefs, apprentices, middle level chefs, chef entrepreneurs, food connoiseurs in India Cuisine.
