Hello, I work in the industry on the supply side. I'm not the artist but I supply the paint. I would like to know if any members know of a short culinary program that would help a supplier understand the business from the chefs point of view.

I'm a culinary management student myself. I don't know of any short programs but it might help to look at continuing education programs in your city. I'm studying for a kitchen management test at the moment and I think a lot of this material would probably be quite useful to you.
