Default Hello from Belgium!

Hi everybody

My name is Danny Jansen and I live in the Netherlands.
I worked several years as a chef in michelinstar restaurants, in the Netherlands. After that I feld in love with the finesse of pastry.
I entered a coupe of times to the Dutch Championships, called The Dutch Pastry Award.

Now I working at a Culinairy magazine called Culinaire Saisonnier and a pastry mgazine called Pâtisserie & Desserts.

after 5 posts i'm allowd to post some pics...


So hope to meet you USA (pastry) Chefs. Unfortunately I visited USA only one time. I enterd the first World Pastry Forum in Las Vegas. Than I travelled to San Francisco, actual only to eat at The French Laundry.
