Talking Working around the world

Hi, People

I have been a chef know for 14 years mainly working in resturants , unfortunately i have fallen into a Chef& brewer pub here in England although it to me is classed as a boil in a bag system we proved 35 chef specials which we produce ourselves we would norm. have around 250 -300 people going through here on saturday serve is all day . well it is a hot kitchen with lots of things going on such as the equipment breaking down. (we use palaxs similar to what the Navy use) Any way hi to all and i hope we all shall have fun

And we do- have fun, that is. Welcome to the Cafe, Irish Chef. And just in time for St. Paddy's day, too! Is that day as big a bash in the U.K. as it is in the U.S.? It is HUGE here in Wisconsin (maybe it's the beer...).
