Hi Roby,

Where in Italy do you live? It is my dream to go there someday. I love all things Italian, the food, the art, the history, the fashion, the people.

I live in Phoenix Arizona, I am a personal chef/caterer, I justed moved and am unpacking in my new house. I think I will cook some lamb and pasta for dinner tonight, I will make a toast to Italy.

Ciao Roby and welcome! I enjoyed visiting your country a few years ago and hope to return. The food reflected the simplicity and freshness of Italian dishes.

Are there local ingredients or dishes you particularly enjoy?

Benvenuto!
Mezzaluna

Default Italy - New Member Also

I was able to travel to Italy in May 2007. We saw Rome, Florence, and Venice. It was an amazing vacation. I am new to this forum also and very excited to learn from this site. I am a cook at home only. My dream job is to be a chef, but I am already too old to change my occupation.
