New to site...

I just wanted to introduce myself. I am self-taught and love to spend time in the kitchen. Five years ago my husband and I started a hunting lodge/bed and breakfast where I plan and mostly prepare all of the food for up to 20 guests. So far, it has been a wonderful success with lots of great comments on the food and hospitality. Three months ago, we bought a restaurant in the small town we live in, completely remodeled it and hired a both a bar manager and a chef/kitchen manager (it is a large facility with 60 restaurant seats, 60 bar seats and a banquet room). We have been open for less than month and I have LOTS of questions. Thanks for being here!
