Post "Hello" from another new member.

Hi Everyone: I have enjoyed reading some of the archived posts and have already found some very interesting information and recipes. My main interests are pastry and baking. I love to bake and decorate cakes and enjoy all facets of sugar craft. Maybe I will be able to contribute in the future.

Hi again - I have updated my profile, as Crudeau requested. My location is Salt Spring Island, B.C. Canada. (Just north of the San Juan islands.) Hope that gives you a better idea of where I am coming from.
