 Howdy, Cookies4u! Always glad to welcome another Texan. You'll want to hang out in the pastry and baking forums, I'm sure. Please know that the Professional Pastry forum is, for home cooks like you and me, considered "read only". However, you are encouraged to contribute to the General Pastry and Baking forum.
