Hello Niki and welcome to the community. You've got my admiration for what must be strong determination! Going to school, being pregnant and having three little ones is quite a lot for anyone to handle. I'd imagine a night on the line during dinner service would be a cinch!

What have you most enjoyed in your culinary education? What can't you wait to do, once you have finished? Good luck to you!
