How about:
Veggies: (carrots seasoned with lemon and dill) or (green beans sauteed with tomatoes garlic and parsley) or (sauteed cucumbers-tomatoes-and bok choy or other mild leafy green)
Starches: (Mashed sweet potatoes or yams) or (some linguini or other stringy pasta tossed with lightly toasted garlic, lemon zest, parsley or chives and olive oil)
Oh how I miss making up specials!
