where are the best jobs in the food service industry? I say food managment companies
I work five days a week (without catering events)10am-7pm. Seven (7) weeks off a year
all PAID full bennies. I feed about 1000 people aday and complete culinary freedom!
and a 38% food cost makes my boos smile
so is there any better jobs out there?

I work six hours a day. Pick and choose my clients, plan and prepare my own menus, make real money with only 34% food costs, answer to no one, look forward to each cook day, and get to shop in the best natural foods stores around. I started last year and things took off early in 2001. Being a personal chef was the best career decision I have made in my life (38yrs.)
