 New here too! Introduction of me - Oregano  I am also new to cheftalk cafe, but look forward to being here. This is a fantastic forum! I am a Sous Chef at a Country Club Restuarant with an Italian style menu. I have no formal Culinary Schooling, yet. I will start this fall in Culinary School to get the degree for further promotions and opportunities. I grew up in a very large French-Italian family so my whole life has revolved around food. Well I am glad to meet all of you, and look forward to learning new things and tecniques through the forum.Chao, Oregano      |

| Thank all of you!! In answer to Iza I can speak a little French, I understand a little Italian, but I am not fluent in any one, shoot I have a hard enough time with English!!! | Whilst I love to GlutZ my food down, i do savour and relish every morsel. Your Oregano makes me ponder on whether I should've chosen Five Spices orSoya Sauce instead of glutzglutz
