Wink big party

I've enjoyed the postings that are sent to this web sight.As a Non Chef I need some help in planning a 75th birthday party.Menu,wine etc.All suggestions would be appriciated.It would be a summer affair!!!!!

Hi Non Chef,

Can you give us some insight to who and what this person likes or dislikes?
Any special dietary needs?
male or female.
I would be happy to help you plan a menu or give you some idea's
Non Chef...perhapes you can repost this question in the cooks corner forum you might recieve more traffic on your thread

I had originally said I know a pastry chef in your area, but then I think I remembered that you live in Florida.

Will you be doing the cooking yourself, nonchef? How many guests?

Actually non chef lives in norwalk.
Is just visiting family in Florida.
