Hi, I'm cape chef's wife and I'm happy to be a part of this. I
want everyone one to know I love food as much as cape chef and I'm a much better speller I'm sorry I missed everyone this weekend, It sounded like alot of fun. I was home here doing the kid thing and running a tag sale ... All the dinners sounded wonderful . I just want to add, that cape chef is not only a great chef, but a terrific husband and father as well. With his sometimes crazy hours he still manages to even everything out.Talk to you all soon...........

HI bouquet!!!

It's great to see you on cheftalk. It's too bad we missed meeting you in Chicago, but hopefully we can get together one day soon! In the meantime, I hope you had a fun weekend, and maybe you made a few bucks.

I hear you're a good cook too!

Hello, Bouquet! Great to have you here, as well. Have you met Bradchef yet? He's a pretty nice guy, too.

Hi Bouquet
It's great to have you join us . . . as I did just this week! The cheftalk meeting inspired me . . .

Good for you for doing "the kid thing," - it's obvious you are invested in your daughters' lives - they are such lovely young ladies.

Welcome Bouquet, it's great that you are joining us. I'd love to get up in your neck of the woods this year.
(spelling can be a creative endeavor also.....CC and I manage to not let alittle spelling get in the way of sharing cooking).

Welcome, Bouquet. It's so nice to meet you and have you posting also. I noticed from your profile that you are a floral designer. Floral designing was a hobby of mine years ago, and kept my interest for a long time Eventually I developed allergies that kept me away from live flowers, etc. Between the good food and beautiful flowers your home must have a lovely atmosphere.

Hi, Everyone. Thank You for such A warm welcome. I'm glad to be a part of this forum.
I hope everyone had a nice Memorial day. My daughter was in the parade and she marched for D.A.R.E. Then we had a great B-B-Q. Gorgonzola burgers, great wine and an awesome spinach pesto salad.. Yummy!! Have a good night.

Sounds like a perfect Memorial Day...

Which parade was she in? We went to the Norwalk parade. Our next door neighbor is the band leader for BMM HS, so we went to see them march, but I think we got there too late.

Anyway, I'm glad you guys had a relaxing holiday. That's what it's all about, right?

Well.... that and remembering those who gave their lives for our country. I worked that day, so that wasn't what Congress had in mind when they established Memorial Day, I'll bet. Mmmm- gorgonzola burgers. Wish I'd been there!
