 He's Back-ChungaChungaBam I guess this is a re-intro... Years ago, I used to be in here all the time and tonight I was looking for something specific and googled me and the keyword and then wound up here... So needless to say I have been reading all of my old posts for the past couple hours...is funny that even though I am still the same philosophical Chef/Manager/Friend/Mentor of just how much my life has changed as a Chef/Manager/Friend/Mentor since those days...what a crazy career choice we have chosen... So just wanted to say Hiya and re-introduce myself to the insanity and am looking forward into running my mouth, offering insight and of course expressing my philosophies and instigating thought... ChungaChungaBam... Why Waltz When You Can Rock and Roll????????????/ Chef

 Welcome back, Chef Mike! I don't know exactly how long you were gone, but we now have blogs and a photo gallery to spiff up the place. Use that search tool and you'll see plenty of good discussions all over the board. Don't miss the great articles that've been published since you got sidetracked. Enjoy! Mezzaluna
