[Olin]

Hi everyone!

My name is Olin, I live in the LA area, and run a small restaurant and expanded into catering. I spend most of my time around Sherman Oaks or Hollywood.

It's really exciting because I have always had a passion for food. I am now doing several 300 person events with a small team of mine. Recently, I had a bunch of Pasta questions and my friend Shelly in the Bay Area showed me all the answers in depth on this forum.

The funny thing is I spent most of my time as a Musician and Actor the last couple of years. My myspace is myspace /olin - not sure if you all are as into myspace as me, but hey, why not? I am a member of a couple of other forums, mostly music, and its been so much fun, that I am glad to try a new one.

I am into sports, music, travel, food, etc etc. I go out around the LA area a lot so LA people do drop me a line.

What type of cuisine do you have in your restaurant? What's popular on the catering menu?
