Hi I'm Steve
I have just found this forum, I hope to be able to learn a lot from everyone n here.
I run a competative Barbecue Team. We have won contests and are looking into expanding into catering. Still at the point of investigating. So many questions trying to do it right and legal while maintaining our competition quality.
