Hello Charlz and welcome to Chef Talk. We have a Recipes forum which I'm sure you'll enjoy visiting, as well as a separate place in this site with recipes from chefs. However, recipes also show up in the discussion forums too. And we hope you will also share your recipes with us!

There's a lot of information you can gain by reading in the Professional Chefs' forums, but you can post in the General forums.

What are some pastries and cakes you like to make? After you've been a member here for a bit, you'll be able to post your creations in the Food Photos gallery.

My father was a Filipino but I grew up in Australia and now living here in the US with my American husband. We have 3 grown up children in Oz and one here still in military school. I love cooking very much too, but I am an aerial photographer.
