 Greetings from Northern Ontario, Canada! Hello. How is everyone today? I just happened upon your forum and I am very excited that I have. I live in Northern Ontario, in the Great Lakes Vacation Heartland. I have been involved in Hospitality since I was a young child having grown up in a family business. Today I still work with my parents operating two businesses; one an inn and the other a lodge. I have always lived up here in the north, however I have studied Hotel Management at the University of Guelph and over in Tegernsee Germany for a year as well. I completed my culinary studies in Ottawa and recently out in Vancouver at Dubrulle. I enjoy reading and collecting all kinds of books; however, culinary books make up the bulk of my collection. At the moment I am reading a text about Art, Culture and Cuisine through the Ages. It is a very interesting read. Otherwise, I am single, 30 years old and I do not have any dependents; unless you count my two dogs. So, that is all about me for now, I look forward to our coming discussions. Take care, Inngirl  |

| Nice to meet you InnGirl. Does lodge mean fishing lodge? If so, we look forward to your input in the freshwater fish department. I am certain that you will enjoy the site. There are a lot of interesting folks here. |
