No Smile First Time here......

Just thought I would say hi to you all. I'm married with 3 wonderful sons and I love to cook. I just happened across this site and really glad that I found you. I love to find new recipes and try them out even though I'm not a wonderful cook. As you can see, I need all the recipes I can find with having 3 growing boys whose appetites are growing each and every day. I look forward to getting to know all of you.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. As for me, I'm from Nebraska and my sons are 7 1/2, 3 1/2 and 13 weeks. I know the last one doesn't have much of an appetite for my cooking yet, but he soon will. (I hope) You guys sound like a great bunch of people and I look forward to being here. No problem with abbreviating my name.

4my,
Those are such fun ages. Are you oldest two interested in cooking yet?

The oldest one is starting to be interested in it and the second one loves to help make things, so hopefully when they get older they'll both be better cooks then their mom.

Hi there 4my...
Wow you've got your hands full with three small kids. When do you find time to cook?
I know the answer to that question... When my 2 kids were wee, I ran a catering biz. They just came with me to work. I set up a playpen in the lunch room and the infant would go into the snuggly. My son still retains the nick-name Joey(which is the term for a baby kangaroo). He's now 6 foot 3. My daughter developed a fine appreciation for caviar at the age of two. Have fun with your kids. Before you know it they will be asking for the keys to the car and $20 for gas.
