No Smile Willing to learn

Hello,

I´m a just-in-here foreigner. I just cook for fun, my real occupation is medicine but I do like to know, make and taste different and fine food.
I´m here to learn and remember all the food I´ve tasted (specially the american, which I miss since I left USA, after my senior year).
If anyone needs any Brazilian recipe just call.. =)

Favorite fruit... dificult to say, there are lots of fresh fruits here and i most likely just get them on the tree and eat´em. =) Tangerine is nice, avocado (too fattening), peach, grapes, banana (HMMMM!)... All those are delicious. There is a fruit, carambola, which I don´t like to eat but is is great as a sauce with chicken or decorating fish.
