Hi, new around here and really absorbing thoughts and opinions. Im in the career change category. I have always enjoyed cooking (although i have a reputation for not being able to boil hot water). Too bad the opinionated ones dont have a clue!!! I'll show them LOL I currently reside in Atlanta but hoping to move/work in Ft Lauderdale area within the next 12-15 months!!! I'll be showing my face in the place from time to time, please be nice to me

What do you enjoy cooking? Maybe some of your "can't boil water" episodes are worth sharing.
