Default chefs and cooks of the world!!! hi :)

hey everyone, my name is marcus, im an 19 year old amateur chef from ireland, doing a university degree in french, philosophy and psychology at the moment, but after that im going to go and hopefully pursue my dream of being a chef, and gaining recognition for my food!

i enjoy a lot of different styles of foods, and i cook once or twice a day, always try to create and experiment with ingredients, presentation and of course, the all important flavour, texture and over all beauty that we can create with food!

im looking forward to getting to know you all and hopefully learn a bit and pass on some of my skills, thank you.

Marcus,

As a philosophy student who's undoubtedly read Heidegger, you bring something most chef's have to study years to learn: The importance of Being On Time.

Welcome,
BDL
