Thanks for the welcoming words! I enjoy trying new recipes for just about anything, but lately I've been most focused on quick, easy meals for my family. My hubby and kids are my guinea pigs and so far they've survived the experience.

I dream of becoming a professional Chef, but for now I'm content to putter around in my kitchen at home.

I'm really glad to have found this place!
