Cool Gudday

Gudday all from cold and wintery Sydney. My name is Tony and I'm a full-time IT consultant and part time cook. Well part time relative to my work, but full time at home as my wife burns water!

Married with 2 (+ 8.5/9ths) kids. Enjoy cooking for the wife and she enjoys most of my creations although I'd like it better if she'd be a bit more adventurous with spicy foods. Probably doesn't help being pregnant I suppose.

Tony, I'll add my welcome to Mpeirson's. It's amazing how many IT people are here- also, former IT people who're now chefs, and former chefs who are now IT people. I think there's a study in that!

Have a look at all the features here (blogs, articles, photos, etc.) and take it all in. We hope you'll add to the body of information here by participating in the discussions.

Welcome!
Mezzaluna

Not sure I'll be able to help anyone much - but I'll certainly try! I've already browsed the forums and agree that this forum has an incredible amount of information available. I definitely look forward to some extensive "time wasting" browsing it in front of the TV at nights.
