Hello Incubus and welcome. You're not the first from your school to join us, and we hope you'll not be the last.

What area of culinary arts attracts you most at this point? There are veterans in all areas here to learn from. Besides the discussion forums, you'll want to check out the cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes, blogs.... there's a lot here to pull you away from your homework.

Enjoy it all!

Welcome, Brandon!! Full Disclosure: Brandon is one of my students... so if he gets out of line around here... just let me know and he'll be deck-mopping until his hands fall off. Just kidding.... or am I?!

No worries, Brandon! I'm sure you'll do your teacher and your school proud in your participation here.
