Clown Aspiring chef~woohoo!

Hi everyone, I am so excited that I found this page. Hopefully I will find some good info on schools to apply to and how hard they are to get in. I have applied to Le Cordon Bleu in London, is it quite exclusive? Anyway, looking forward to chatting with you all. Guess we all have the same passion!

Welcome to Chef Talk, Cloudreacher! I'm sure you will see many good responses to your questions. You can even find similar questions like yours if you go to the Culinary Students' Forum. I too am an aspiring chef and I hope to make it to the ranks of the professionals some day.
