Hello Bratman and welcome to Chef Talk. I'm assuming the "brat" part of your name refers to bratwurst rather than an annoying little kid.

We Wisconsinites automatically regard those four letters as a reference to tasty sausages.
We have a fair number of peoplel here who enjoy wild game, and more who like to make sausage, etc. from the bounty.
