Hello everyone,
My name is Denay and I am a cooking and baking instructor for a local lifelong learning program in North Carolina, USA. I have been in adult education/culinary for more than twenty years and I currently teach a home-food processing class, along with others who want to start small baking/catering business. Ninety percent of my students are novice/non professional cooks and bakers. I teach the business end of starting a business.
I absolutely love what I do, I work between Atlanta GA and Raleigh NC my home locations and teach online. When you are looking for incubator kitchens, kitchen rentals, micro loans, really anything that has to do with starting a food business I will help in anyway I can. I look forward to learning from you all too, these is just so much to learn in this industry.
