What would it say???

Hi Everyone!

I am jazzed to find this site. I have loved cooking for my whole life... but it gets a bit boring sometimes when you live alone. But I have taken up cooking now as a fun hobby and I try to get my meals to someone to share each time (Grandparents, friends, parents, etc)

So, even tho I can follow a recipe just fine. I like experimenting and want to start coming up with my own recipes. So, hope to pick some brains here and share what I can.

Please feel free to join in on threads of specific interest, or start your own. Please do not post in the professionals' area, though.. it's only for those who are actually doing the cooking/catering as a business! However, they make realy interesting reading for us, non-professionals!

Happy Indepedence Day to you - but as a native of the country on the 'losing' side of your war of independence....... well, I'm obviously ambivalent about it!

You'll have fun here, you never know what the next thread's going to be. There's loads of help if you need it and we're all willing to learn.
