Any suggestions for finding my way around the site. I didn't realize there is a catering forum etc. How do I find these areas? Any other tips are always helpful.

I don't know if your question is now answered, because you appear to have made 6 posts, so perhaps you have been able to find how to negotiate the site!
However, if you click on 'cheftalk cooking forums' at the opening page, you will see the fora all listed for you.
