Red face New Here!

Hi everyone.. I'm Arlene and I'm new here, and fairly new to the industry too. I'm married with two teenagers and this is a second career for me. I'm a line cook at a breakfast and lunch restaraunt, and before that I was the cook at a small cafe (and by the cook I mean the only one...lol) I love food and all things related to it, and I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you here.
