 Howdi Folks! I'm always happy to find a new forum to read or talk food! I'm retired from the reasturant biz. after 18 years in various postions, FOH and BOH (only 6 months in the latter). Still love to cook at home for my hubby and me, and anyone else I can lure into our abode  My favorite way to cook is by the seat of my pants  a little a dis a little a dat....maybe just a little more wine I've been very fortunate to have travled and lived in many places, getting educated to alot of different cultures of eating, so I'm not shy about putting anything in my mouth  you know what I mean! Growing up with an Italian/French/German backround, I quess my taste's and cooking habits tend to embrace these particular cooking styles in my own kitchen. Looking forward to learning more from ya'all  jojo7

I transcended gender a long time ago, but it is nice to know that some people still care enough to make the point that it mattered at one time. I cook you eat (female or male, YOU EAT.
