Default Hello,Fron Outer Hebrides

Hi there great forum just thought I'd have a look around looks great.

Anyway Im Stuart 24,Living and working in the outer Hebrides (Yes yes edge of the world ) Ive been in the trade on and off now since I was 15 working with my Brother in-law who opened his restaurant 18 months ago In the Isle of Lewis and done very well making last 8 Restaurant of the year Scotland and eat Scotland silver award not too much but a start onto bigger better ventures,Due to open His new bigger place a bit more central on the island in Stornoway.

The websites not up a running properly as yet but hope to get the link up soon.

Welcome to ChefTalk, from a fellow Scot (I'm from Edinburgh). There are a few of us on these boards!

Lewis, eh? It's a few years since I've been up your way - last trip to the Isles was to Mull.

I hope you'll spend some time reading some of the excellent articles on here, and the photies aren't too shabby, either!

Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting or even start your own. The professional area will be of interest to you, I'm sure.
