Hello from Fairmont Château Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada

Hi everybody!

I was, few weeks ago, a title attorney in Quebec, Canada. I decided to make a drastic change in my life! So here I am, working in the Main Kitchen of Fairmont Château Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada! It's an amazing experience for me to be able to learn from the best chefs here!

I considere myself a student because I have still so much things to learn!

I'm sure I'll have very great time visiting the Cheftalk website!!
