I do know people (like my dear hubby) with good food sense who think that 'Cool Whip' is yummy. I can't even bring myself to read the list of ingredients on the package! Bleaaargghh!

But hey, to each his/her own. We all have our secret weaknesses...I happen to like pork rinds.

Pork rinds.... ooh, yeah! A pleasure for me, too. They are mostly protein- check the labels, as some have less fat than others (if that is a concern).

I'd seen the same thing as Suzanne mentioned. The tricks are COLD ingredients and utensils, plus a very powerful stick blender or beater. Good luck!
