Default hello and here we go!

I must say thanks to Nicko for getting back to me with the answer to my question. I've enjoyed cheftalk from a distance for a couple of years. Now that I'm in the biz as a owner-bottlewasher I hope to learn and if I'm lucky, maybe help others.

Hi and nice to meet you folks. My wife and I operate a small american plan resort in Presque Isle, Wi. Our cabins are original log, dating back to 1922. Our guest enjoy lots of privacy since the cabins are widly spaced along the lakefront. Now to what counts; we do a big breakfast and a four course dinner everyday. Our dinner menu changes every week. We don't rotate the same dinners. It depends on who our guest are, and if they have any taste buds left. Our clientele ranges from business groups to familys of all sizes to couples escaping to dads bringing the kids fishing. Well, enough about our place, let's go to the cafe!

Tbowl, it is so beautiful up there! I hope you have at least some time to enjoy the area and drop a line in one of those gorgeous lakes. I have visited the nearby Ashland-Bayfield area, and skied in the Porcupine Mountains, and recommend it to anyone looking for a northern getaway.
