 New website Hi Chefs Im an Irish bloke, sous chef at the moment in a private Dublin Tennis Club. I have recently started a site called www.caterimpact.com. Have a look, tell me if its ok.  Hello Jonathan! Welcome to Cheftalk. Ive had a little look see at your site. Nicely laid out and very well KISSED (Keep it short and simple  ). Fast loading, easy to navigate. Pics look great. Really precise and practical. Hug your web designer...they did a good job. Got my thumbs up. And thank god NO FLASH! I find that stuff really annoying!Maybe you can also share some wonderful Irish fare!  Don't know much about Irish food and looking forward to some edible postings.  Jodi
