Hello Everyone!

I've just registered to the forums and i wanted to say Hi to everyone around.
I'm from Argentina, i'm 22 years old and i'm a college student. I'll graduate, by the end of the year, in food services management. And, also, i'm already a Chef .

I hope to see you guys around and have fun in this forum!

Glad to meet you! It will be great to learn more about Argentine food than just matambre. (Not that there's anything wrong with that!)

Hope you'll take advantage of all the great stuff here, and offer whatever you can. Welcome.

Nice to meet you too Suzanne!!!!

Yep, we have a lot more than matambre. We have many other things like Empanadas (which are really yummy ).

Buenos dias Piper and welcome to Cheftalk!

El Gaucho food, I miss it, especially meats prepared on the Parilla, "Asado" style.
