 Gee whiz, Thank you for your thoughtful post. I'm really glad that you feel welcome here at cheftalk..the community is a very welcoming bunch and truely interested in what people have to offer. Perhaps you can tell us a little more about your background..47 years is no small feat in any buisness let alone culinary arts...
