Welcome to Chef Talk Steve!

Welcome, Chef Steve! I love your state, from the wonderful people to the lobsters, to the amazing scenery. Please tell us a bit about your culinary life!

Thanks for the welcome, I am in Bangor, the gateway to the northwoods, and downeast coast. I run an 84 seat bakery/cafe specializing in breads, pastry, sandwiches, salads, soups and catering. Of course being so close to the source, fresh seafood always.
iv'e cooked in lots of places, but keep coming back to maine, love it here. No corporate life for me.
