| Hi my name is Gerry and I'm located in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) which is in Ontario,Canada. I started cooking with my Grandmother in her kitchen,OK maybe helping her, from the age of 4. Also helped my Aunt when I was in my teens in the kitchen where she was exec. chef in the Muskoka's, a resort area north of Toronto. I've cooked all over and my training is mostly french traditional post impressionist cooking that is.LOL Asian is also one of my favorite styles, and have been combining these two since the early 80's,we didn't call it fusion then. Anyway I'm hoping to exchange ideas and meet new people with interesting ideas on cooking. And I hope to continue to bring a smile to the people I cook for,and remind my self that after all these years, keeping it simple is the best recipe. foodaholic |
