Default Just stopping in

Just stopping in to say hi before i start browsing the boards...I've just recently began cooking professionally and i'm lookin for pointers and maybe a few recipies...look forward to chatting with you all

Hehe i was actually born and raised in the US...I just always really liked the movie

I started cooking about 4 or 5 years ago and i've found that i like to cook a lot of Italian dishes. I work at an Italian/American restaurant right now and hope to take some culinary classes in the near future.
