I've been reading ontherail.com alot lately and came across someone who mentioned this - thought I'd check it out. I'm looking forward to lots of new reading.

Great! We're glad you came on over. There's a lot of great material on Chef Talk, and plenty of great conversations here in the Cafe.

Take a look around, check out the archives, and get acquainted. We'd be happy to learn more about you here in the Welcome Forum, too.

What kinds of cuisine do you prepare?

I call my menu modern American. That is, I steal and borrow from other cultures and put them all through the california wringer. There are asian, latin american, french, italian, and whatever other influences I want. It's nice to have control of the menu - I get to do pretty much what I like. Of course, the owners have a big say, but we agree most of the time.
