| Hi all , I am so happy that I found this site , a few post reading and I could saw this is the place to be or in my case to start. First of all I want to thank you all for answering all my yet to come questions . I am not a pro , but all my family and friends consider me one (I hope they does not do it out of mercy ). Well my cooking is the hobby I like the most. I like to try inventing things and most times I have a reasonable outcome. I decided at the age of 34 that I want to start being more series about cooking and I am going to buy some equipment to start with. I live in the Boston area and in the USA for 2 years now. So see’ya all in the forum.Thanks.
