photos of places Chateau Cuisine of Normandy the chateaux first the dishes on plates all 4 seasons to come............................ my food and its place and seroundings.

the Medieval Farm where 3 dinning room are. a function room, a bistronomic and a gastronomic dinning rooms. with possible rooms on the above of the farm. gardens all around and field of wild flowers and plants for me to investigate..................

well the good thing about that new assignement. I wil have under me some youngsters some Apprentices................
I had my Battle last week going in place like blind folded. I will marry food and place and taste and sue what ever is around to please....................................................
some photos of dishes have been made already but I will make my own and post them with recipes.
